2023 Luminary Prize
The Luminary Prize is a creative development grant incepted by Sneakersnstuff to support the work of female creative talent across the Nordic region. With 2023 being the inaugural year, the Luminary Prize is a longstanding/long-term commitment to be of support in developing the Nordic creative landscape through talent recognition, grant awardance, institutional support and long-term partnerships.
The grant sum of 100,000 SEK will be awarded by an annually assigned Luminary Prize jury. Applications are open to both emerging and professionally active creative talent across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
__Why we are doing this? __ The Luminary Prize serves to: Promote emerging and professionally active female creatives’ opportunities to conduct, deepen and develop their creative practice. Promote creative development. Support innovative expressions of creativity.
The application process: Applications to the 2023 Luminary Prize will be open to December 5, 2023. Applications and nominations will then be assessed by the 2023 Luminary Prize jury and a winner will be announced on the 8th of December.
