These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you use and/or make a purchase on www.sneakersnstuff.com. from SNS AB, INC, LTD, via the website sneakersnstuff.com (the ”website” and the “SNS APP”) ("we," "us," or "Sneakersnstuff") is a company within the footwear and fashion industry.

On https://www.sneakersnstuff.com/ you can purchase goods from the mentioned companies. When you, as a visitor ("you"), make a purchase on https://www.sneakersnstuff.com/ you enter into an agreement with one of the companies.

Agreement Formation, Duration, and Termination

After placing the items you wish to purchase in your cart, you have the option to proceed with your order. In order to shop at the website you need to register your information on the website. It’s your responsibility to make sure this information is correct and updated. You’re also responsible for keeping your password secret. Adding items to your cart expresses interest but does not mean the item is reserved. At this stage, an overview of your order will be presented. During this overview, you will have the option to choose your preferred delivery method. After selecting the delivery method, the total price you are to pay will be presented. You can review and make changes to the cart before completing your order. The order is finalized by clicking "Complete Purchase." Once you have completed your order, you are committed to purchasing the selected items. To ensure efficient order processing, please meticulously review all information before completing your purchase. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after submission.

When we have received your order, it will be reviewed, and receipt will be confirmed by sending an order confirmation to the email address you provided. However, this does not mean that an agreement has been entered into between us and you. The agreement arises only when the goods are shipped from our warehouse, and you have received confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. Until the agreement is entered into, we reserve the right to cancel part or all of your order if one or more items are out of stock. In such cases, we will inform you of which items have been canceled from the order. Any refund will be handled in accordance with the Terms.

When you place an order on https://www.sneakersnstuff.com/ you also confirm that you are 18 years or older. According to Swedish law, Sneakers and Stuff does not accept credit purchases for persons under 18 years of age. We reserve the right, in individual cases, to deny or modify your order (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and/or have payment issues).

The agreement between you and Sneakersnstuff is valid until the delivery of your order has taken place. Regardless of whether the agreement has expired, your statutory rights such as the right to claim under warranty and other legal obligations will still apply.

Changing or Canceling an Order After Completion

Once your order has left the warehouse, there is no opportunity to change or cancel it. If you wish to add more items, you need to place a new order. If you regret your purchase or parts thereof, you need to return the parts of the order you no longer want after receiving them.

Prices and Payment Terms

Product Information

For each product, there is a so-called product page. The product page contains information about, among other things, the product's properties and its price. We reserve the right to any image and writing errors on www.sneakersnstuff.com. We have the right to correct such errors and to update or change the information on www.sneakersnstuff.com. If an incorrect price has been stated for a product you have ordered, we will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before sending your order.

The images on www.sneakersnstuff.com should only be viewed as illustrations, and we do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the exact appearance or functions of the products. Some color differences may occur depending on resolution, photo quality, and screen display.

The fact that a certain product is available on www.sneakersnstuff.com at a certain time does not guarantee that this product will always be available. We, therefore, reserve the right to discontinue making a product available on www.sneakersnstuff.com at any time.

Prices

All prices on the website is shown in your local currency if possible, and if not, it’s shown in Euro (EUR) or U.S Dollar (USD). Payments are accepted in following currencies: Swedish Kronor (SEK), British Pound Sterling (GBP), US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR) and Danish Kronor (DKK). A purchase can only be paid in the currency of the country corresponding to the country of your delivery address.

Custom and VAT fees may apply when ordering from countries outside the European Union. The fees are charged by the Revenue & Customs of the country where the product is being shipped to. The cost of such additional fees will be imposed on you as a customer. SNS does not take responsibility for Custom and VAT fees.

If you have received confirmation of the order, you can claim your right to purchase the product at the stated price, but only as long as it is not obvious that the price is wrong or constitutes a typo and you acted in so-called "bad faith". We are therefore not bound to an order if you have realized or should have realized that the price stated at the website is too low, and we may cancel orders if this was to occur.

When you pay for your purchase you confirm that you have the right to use the chosen payment method.

Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard)

SNS does not charge any fees when payments are made with debit- and credit card. Bear in mind your bank/credit card company may add transaction fees. SNS does not take responsibility for transaction fees charged by your bank/credit card company, and we do not refund these fees. The rate for your local currency is decided by your bank. When you make a payment by card the value of the purchase is reserved from your account and the payment isn’t drawn until the order has been shipped. All card transactions are made safely with Adyen payment system, and your card details are handled safely and encrypted on Adyen servers. SNS does not have access to your card details.

PayPal

SNS does not charge any fees when payments are made with PayPal. Bear in mind PayPal may add transaction fees. SNS does not take responsibility for transaction fees charged by PayPal and we do not refund these fees. Klarna Invoice

At SNS, we offer payment options through Klarna in markets where Klarna is accepted. Depending on your location, the available payment methods may include:

When selecting Klarna Account as your payment method, you agree to Klarna's Terms & Conditions for the service. For more detailed information, please refer to Klarna’s Terms & Conditions.

When you choose to pay with Klarna Invoice as payment method you accept Klarna’s Terms & Conditions for the provided service. For orders in Sweden placed with Klarna Invoice as payment method can only be sent to your registered address at Skatteverket (Swedish Revenue & Customs).The Klarna service is free of charge.

When you choose to pay with Klarna Account as payment method you accept Klarna’s Terms & Conditions for the provided service. For orders in Sweden placed with Klarna Account as payment method can only be sent to your registered address at Skatteverket (Swedish Revenue & Customs).

Credit Check

SNS reserves the right to cancel orders made by customers that aren’t considered creditworthy or have a negative credit history. The maximum amount for purchasing with Klarna Invoice as payment method is dependent on Klarna’s assessment of your creditworthiness.

Direct payment via Internet Banking:

When you make a payment with direct payment via Internet Banking the value of the purchase is reserved from your account and the payment isn’t drawn until the order has been shipped. All direct payments are made safely with Trustly via Adyen payment system, and your account details are handled safely and encrypted on Adyen servers. SNS does not have access to your bank account details.

Agreements with third party service providers

In relation to the above payment methods with our services made available by third party service providers (i.e. PayPal and Klarna), SNS undertakes no responsibility or liability. For these services specific terms and conditions apply. We encourage you to read such terms and conditions carefully, as they constitute an agreement between you and the relevant third-party service provider.

Delivery

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with details about the shipping method, tracking information, and estimated delivery date.

Prompt action by the Customer is crucial in the event of any delivery delays or irregularities. This allows SNS to investigate and potentially resolve any issues with the carrier before they escalate.

SNS will provide a unique tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. Customers are expected to actively monitor the shipment status using this information.

SNS shall not be held liable for any delays, damages, or lost packages resulting from the Customer's failure to track their shipment or take timely action in the event of an issue.

Shopping in US:

The US market website will clearly indicate which SNS entity you'll be contracting with on PDP. Indicated by terms "shipping from the US or EU ". Available from our US warehouse signify a contract with SNS Inc and from EU with SNS AB.

Understanding Safe Place Delivery and Responsibility:

By placing an order with SNS, you acknowledge that in the event of a missed delivery and no action is taken to manage it, the carrier may leave the parcel within the premises of your delivery address as per their standard procedures. SNS is not obligated to compensate for lost or stolen parcels left in accordance with the carrier's safe place. However, we are committed to investigating the matter with the carrier and working towards a resolution in such cases.

Claims:

SNS will make reasonable efforts to investigate and assist with reported delivery issues. However, SNS assumes no responsibility for claims regarding shipments where a significant amount of time has passed since the estimated delivery date, particularly if the customer did not report the issue promptly.

In store pick ups

We currently only fulfill online orders through delivery. In-store pickup is not available at this time

Delivery Inspection and Acceptance:

Inspection Upon Delivery: Upon receiving your order, you are encouraged to carefully inspect the packaging for any damage or signs of tampering.

Discrepancies and Damage: If you notice any discrepancies with your order (missing items, damaged packaging) or suspect damage to the contents, DO NOT ACCEPT the shipment.

Reporting Discrepancies: In such cases, immediately notify SNS using the contact form provided on our website. This allows us to promptly investigate and address the issue.

Acceptance and Claims:

Acceptance Acknowledgment: By accepting the shipment without reporting any discrepancies upon delivery, you acknowledge that the packaging appeared undamaged, and the contents seemed complete at the time of receipt.

Limited Refunds for Late Claims: Claims for missing items, damaged contents, or incorrect shipments reported after delivery acceptance may be subject to limited refund options. This is due to the difficulty in verifying the condition of the shipment after acceptance.

Unclaimed/Undelivered Packages

We reserve the right to charge for the costs incurred in handling unclaimed packages or missed delivery (such as return shipping and handling fees). Therefore, we charge the below stated fees if a package is not picked up. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you first need to pick up the package and then return it as described below.

Partial Deliveries

If you have ordered several products in the same order and one of the products cannot be delivered with the other products, we will remove the unavailable product from your order and notify you accordingly. Any refund of the amount paid will be made in accordance with section 10. If the product becomes available again, it will be made available on https://www.sneakersnstuff.com/ and you can place a new order.

Temporary Campaigns

We may from time to time offer campaigns that may involve more favorable terms than those stated in these Terms. The favorable terms will apply during the period in which the campaign is active and for the products affected by the current campaign. We always have the right to withdraw a campaign before an agreement has been entered into between you and Sneakers and Stuff. Once the campaign is over, the terms revert to these Terms.

Return Policy

Easy Returns and Claims

SNS is committed to providing a seamless return and claims experience. We offer a user-friendly online return portal, nShift returns, to streamline the process for your convenience.

To initiate a return or claim, simply click on returns in the footer and visit nShift returns, Returnado and enter the email address associated with your order and your order number. nShift returns will guide you through a user-friendly, step-by-step process to ensure a smooth and efficient resolution.

Using Nshift is Mandatory: Please note that returns and claims initiated by customers and delivered to our warehouse without using the designated nShift returns process will not be handled or accepted. This ensures a smooth and efficient returns process for everyone.

Unapproved Returns: Please note that returns initiated without prior authorization through us will not be accepted by SNS. In the limited event that SNS accepts a return outside of the nShift returns process, we reserve the right to assess an additional handling and administrative fee to cover the extra processing required

Return Shipping Label and Fee:

Return Label Provided: Once your return or claim is finalized through nShift returns, we will send you a return shipping label via email for your convenience.

Transparent Return Shipping Fee: A return shipping fee will be applied and automatically deducted from your final refund amount. By completing the return process on nShift returns and confirming the entire process, you acknowledge and agree to the associated fees and the total refund amount displayed. This confirmation serves as a binding agreement between SNS and the customer regarding the return.

High-Volume Returns (Over 10 Items):

SNS provides a single return label per order to streamline the return process for standard purchases. This label is designed to accommodate returns within specific weight and size limitations. If you intend to return more than 10 items, particularly footwear, exceeding these limitations is likely. In such cases, initiating separate return requests will be necessary. Please note: Multiple return requests may necessitate the use of additional return labels to ensure proper handling of larger quantities. This fee will be the customer's responsibility.

Claims:

To initiate a claim, simply visit nShift returns and enter the email address associated with your order and your order number. The user-friendly interface will guide you through the process efficiently.

Return Policy:

A 30-day window is granted for initiating a return, commencing from the confirmed delivery date of your order. Refunds will only be issued upon approval of the returned item(s).

Supporting Your Claim:

To facilitate a prompt review of your claim, kindly submit several clear photos that clearly illustrate the damage to the item (if applicable) or the discrepancy between the received item and your order details. Additionally, including photos of the size tag and any damage to the original packaging would be helpful for a comprehensive assessment.

Dedicated Claim Review:

Once you finalize your claim registration on nShift returns, a dedicated representative will promptly review your claim and notify you of the outcome via email. We strive for a fair and efficient resolution of all claims.

Return Condition Requirements: Proper return processing relies on your cooperation. To ensure a timely refund, you are responsible for using secure packaging to protect your return during transit. Any damage caused by inadequate packaging may delay or prevent your return from being accepted. Furthermore, the provided return shipping label must be clearly visible on the outside of your package. Misplaced labels can significantly delay processing.

To ensure a smooth return process and receive the agreed-upon refund, returned items must meet our strict return condition requirements. This means all items must be in pristine, unworn condition, with all original tags and labels securely attached. For footwear, the shoebox is also considered part of the product and cannot be damaged. We maintain strict hygiene standards and will not accept returns that are damaged, soiled, washed, worn, or emit any strong odors. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in a partial refund reflecting the item's decreased value, or rejection of your return altogether

Refund Limitations:

For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent activity, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. We are unable to accommodate requests for refunds to alternate payment methods.

The original shipping fee associated with your order is a non-refundable service charge. This fee covers the cost of delivering your items and will not be included in any refund for standard returns or certain claims, even if you return your entire order.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your order. SNS will only provide a full refund, including the original purchase price and return shipping costs, if we confirm your claim of a damaged or incorrect item.

Strict Return Policy:

Verification Required. SNS will not accept or return any items that do not precisely correspond with your original order. This includes items with incorrect sizing, colors, styles, or any other deviation from your confirmed order details. In such instances, the item will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

SIGN UP products (US and Japan only) Sign Up orders are Final Sale and will not be eligible for returns.

Claims shall be filed without undue delay after the fault was noticed or should have been noticed by you.

Disregarding these Terms and Conditions will result in restocking fees for returned items. This includes returns with damaged packaging, missing documentation, or any other violation of our policies

Withdrawal Rights (for customers in EU only)

EU Customers: 14-Day Return Policy

EU customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the product(s). This right is based on the Swedish Distance Selling Act (2005:59) for purchases in Sweden.

To qualify for a return:

The product(s) must be returned in substantially unchanged condition and in the original packaging.

You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving the order.

The easiest way to initiate a return:

Submit a ticket through our customer service platform with "Withdrawal" in the subject line.

Deviations

We reserve the right for possible typos, and we cannot guarantee that all the pictures on our website present exactly what the product looks like. The way the colour turns out can depend on what type of screen you’re viewing the product on and the settings on the screen.

We also reserve the right to cancel an order which contains products that have received an incorrect price due to a typo or to edit/cancel an order containing a product which has an incorrect stock balance.

We reserve the right to invoke force majeure in situations where we are prevented from delivering the product(s) due to circumstances beyond our or our suppliers' control (for example, in the event of a war, extreme weather conditions, power or network outages, work strike or blockade). In such situations, we shall have the right to postpone the completion of the delivery. We will notify you by way of email of the obstacle directly and how it affects the ability to perform according to the agreement. If such notice is not given within a reasonable time after we became aware of or should have become aware of the obstruction, we are obliged to pay compensation for the damage that you could have avoided if the notice was delivered in a timely manner.

Intellectual Property Rights

The website vests exclusively in SNS.

The intellectual property rights, such as trademarks, design rights and copyrights on the website, vest in SNS and/or it’s collaboration partners and may not be used for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent from SNS. All use of the website and its content, including copying or storing such content, regardless if it is the content in whole or in part, is prohibited without obtaining prior written consent from SNS, except if the use is for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as a transfer or sublicense of any intellectual property rights or other rights to the website and/or content on the website.

App & Raffle site (Sign up for limited releases)

When signing up to purchase a limited release you agree also to the following specific terms and conditions:

  • In case you become selected as the winner, you will be contacted by us by way of email, under the condition that you have provided us with your email address.
  • It’s not possible to cancel once you have been selected to purchase and the transaction has been made.
  • No returns are accepted for Sign up products in the US or Japan since all Sign up wins are final.
  • You can only pay with PayPal or VISA/Mastercard. No other method of payment is accepted.
  • US Tax Applies to raffle orders shipped to a US address from our US warehouse.
  • You hereby give us the right to, in case you become selected as the winner, create an order and charge your method of payment.
  • No money will be charged if you are not selected.
  • Shipping cost and delivery method are shown when signing up.
  • We reserve the right to deny your registration at our discretion.
  • If you win instore pick up and fail to pick up you will be charged a USD 15 processing fee (or corresponding fee in local currency).
  • Sign-ups through our website and app are mechanisms to provide the opportunity to purchase a pair of sneakers.
  • There is no monetary value to being selected.
  • Our contract with you is not entered into until a purchase has been made.
  • It’s not possible to cancel once you have been selected to purchase and the transaction has been made.
  • All in-store purchases where you have signed up are final.

Important: Only enter for in-store if you can purchase the product on the release day.
