SNS App news!
The SNS app has been upgraded for you to be able to increase your chance to win a draw for a limited-edition sneaker. And what exactly does that mean? Sometimes sneakers aren't picked up at our stores or shipments are delayed, and in that case, we will re-draw winners, adding another chance for you to get a pair. Just make sure, when signing up in the first place, to check the "Re-draw" box and that the SNS App is always updated.
Re-draw winners will be notified via email as usual post the sneaker release date.
How do I take part in a re-draw?
- First of all, make sure you have the latest version of the IOS/Android app, just check your app store and have a look if an update is available. If not, you are almost there.
- Now, ensure that your account details have been filled out correctly (personal information, shoe size, method of payment, delivery address).
- It's time to sign up. But, upon signing up to a draw, make sure the "Re-draw" box is checked; in that case, you will be part of a new draw of unpicked in-store or delayed pairs.
- That's it, now keep an eye on your email account for pick-up/delivery information, fingers crossed!
