SNS Presents: Dr. Martens “Made in England”

In recent years the ever-dope Dr. Martens brand has risen to mainstream fame connecting the dots between its workwear, rock-n-roll heritage, and subcultural influence to a go-to essential daily for each and every one. With a premium construction, however simple design, the British imprint turns to its Wollaston roots on Cobbs Lane for an exclusive take on their most prized creations.

Today’s “Made in England” range, with its durable working boots history, features the revolutionary air-cushioned sole from 1960 and is still manufactured by a specialized team of craftsmen and women schooled in traditional shoemaking methods.

To present the handcrafted premium collection, we linked up with NiNE8 collective. The London-based DIY crew full of radical artists is pushing the boundaries of the current music state of mind with retro-influence and a present attitude.

The brainchild of NiNE8 head-honcho Lava La Rue has been taking the world by storm and counts a list of London’s most talented GEN-Z-ers such as Biig Piig, Bone Slim, Lorenzorsv, Nige, Kxrn, NAYANA IZ, Mac Wetha, and L!BAAN. Fresh off their “No Smoke Vol. 2” release, the collective takes a deep dive into their latest Made in England Dr. Martens and show us around their base in northwest London.
