Air Jordan 4

Michael Jordan’s fourth signature sneaker makes a case for itself as one of the all-time essential basketball sneakers. There’s a romantic notion to the silhouette, popular across cultures from rare & hype to GR; you get it all with the retro 4s. Non-other than Tinker Hatfield drew it up on the sketchpad, using urethane-coated netting matched with leather, resulting in a premium hoops sneaker. In the process of designing the sneaker, Tinker even considered a snap-in buckle for advanced support at the forefoot, which obviously got scrapped. Unlike the Air Jordan 3, the Air Jordan IV was released in more significant quantities, lifting MJ to his next stage at becoming the biggest sports-person in the world.
